‘The Bunker’ PS4 Announcement Trailer
UK-based developer Ben Tester has announced today on the PlayStation Blog that The Bunker will be coming to PS4 next month.
The Bunker is a completely live-action psychological thriller starring the likes of Adam Brown, Sarah Greene, Grahame Fox and Jerome St. John Blake.
In The Bunker, you play as John, a boy born in a secret nuclear government bunker on July 3, 1986 — the day the bombs fell. Thirty years later, everyone you knew and loved has died. You are the last remaining survivor. Your existence consists of following the rules and sticking to the routine, but when an alarm is triggered, your mind begins to self-destruct. You must venture deeper and deeper into the bunker, discovering long forgotten zones and uncovering dark, repressed memories that finally reveal the terrible secret of the bunker.
The games setting takes place in a genuine decommissioned nuclear bunker located in Essex, England. The game brings a cinematic experience to the PS4, allowing you to navigate the bunker in a point-and-click gameplay style. You will be able to solve puzzles, search documents, and recordings to further understand the story, and collect items which will unlock suppressed memories from the protagonist’s childhood.
A date of release has yet to be announced, The Bunker will hit the PS Store at some point during September 2016.
